Research On Planning Of Rainfall Flood Utilization In Yiwu City

Typical urban rainwater utilization experiences at home and abroad are very important and could be learned for China’s research. This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of water resources in Yiwu city, and found the rainwater utilization is feasible, then calculated the amount of rainwater resources and analyzed the quality of the rainwater. Finally, the planning of rainfall flood utilization were taken shape. Main research contents were as follows:(1) The background and significance of the research on the rainfall flood utilization planning in Yiwu city were analyzed. Two respects were included:the present situation of urban rainwater research and the successful experiences of domestic and international. Many cities had the advanced rainwater utilization technology and policy administration, such as Germany, the United States, Israel, which provided practical experience for this paper.(2) The rainfall characteristics, the total rainfall, topography, soil and vegetation, land area, and the strength of science and technology in Yiwu city were analyzed.(3) Based on the successful experiences and the actual situation, this paper proposed the planning program of rainfall flood utilization, including the single building, water permeable pavement, fountains and xiuhu.(4) According to the optimality principle, this paper analyzed the economic benefits, social benefits and eco-environment benefits of the rainwater utilization.(5) According to the content and requirement of rainwater management, this paper proposed the policy and regulatory recommendation to the project of rainfall flood utilization.At present, the domestic rainwater utilization technology is gradually developing, but the specific application and project of urban rainwater utilization planning are really less. The planning of rainwater utilization excited determined and undetermined part. Not only the thepretical studies and field analysis, but also the mathematical analysis should be used.Based on these, we could make a science and objective analysis to the rainfall flood utilization.According to the studies, main conclusions were as follows:The planning of rainfall flood utilization in Yiwu city was profound significance and extremely urgent, which was related to the future development of Yiwu; the planning of rainfall flood utilization in Yiwu city was scientific and feasible, and had significant economy-ecological-environmental benefits; this planning had strong applicability and could be applied in other similar cites; the rainfall utilization planning had a very well development prospect, and it would be the main ways to solve water shortage and urban ecological problem.
