With the great development of the electric semiconductor technology, the frequencycontrol technology and the microcomputer control technology, the technology of marineelectric propulsion has been widely used in recent years. Its simulation system plays aso important role, for it can reduce the cost and risk during system test time. Based onoverall review of previous work, this paper deeply research domestic need of key projectand experiments for transportation, and introduces a novel high performance program,the system mathematic modeling, digital simulation and stability analysis are studied indetail. The followings are main work in the thesis.1. The thesis takes propeller load as research object. The paper develops a set ofsimulation model of propeller load for marine electrical propulsion system in thelaboratory, thus provides accurate shaft load for propulsion motor and simulates themarine propeller working characteristics under different conditions of ship.2. Based the mathematics model of induction machine, the dissertation deeplyanalyzes flux linkage and torque control theory of DTC and presents a reasonablevoltage-vector switch table. On the basis of traditional DTC, the dissertation presents atorque perdition strategy.3. The dynamometer is implemented and simulated with Matlab-Simulink softwareand experiment sets that use56F8037DSP to control, respectively. The simulated andexperimental results show that the dynamometer not only can make torque dynamicchange with invariable torque, can provide dynamic variable load for marine electricpropulsion system.
