With the development of national economy, the electricity load continued to increasebecause of electricity demand’s increasing, but there are still some contradictions between thepower supply and demand, which makes the voltage and current waveform in the electricity griddistortion to influence the safely operation of the electricity grid, which will decline the powerquality, thus will have great influence on the overall benefits of the national economy; With theship power system’s increasingly expansion, the distribution system equipment level in thetraditional ship power is hard to meet its development requirement, so the power quality problemhas attracted society’s wide attention, then many research projects on power quality are comingout, and the power monitoring instrument is one of the important research direction. This paperis studying the power monitoring instrumentation accuracy improvement which is based onARM9.The paper studies on a ARM processor and the related theoretical knowledge and appliedtechnology about Linux system; It focuses on the using Samsung the S3C2410microprocessor asthe system control center, and designs out the hardware circuit of the power parameterscollection, which includes mutual inductor collection, signal selection and amplification circuit.Then it builds up a exploitation platform on ARM with Linux, and establishes a cross-compileenvironment and the host exploitation environment.After collecting large amounts of data, analysing and fitting by Least squares algorithm, itfinds out that the input signal is kind of non-linear variation, and sets up the mathematic models.Relative to the original way by using a straight line fitting the curve, which will occur bigmistake. it puts forward a single-input single-output T-S type fuzzy control model, which has bigadvantage on a piecewise linearity control. The accuracy is apparently increased by the Matlabsimulation, compared with the original algorithm.
