Along with the increasing demand for energy sources, the devastation of the natural environment, the solar energy has become the human universal attention new energy.The humanity has the significant strategic sense to the solar energy application development. At present the Photovoltaic power generation in domestic and foreign widely to use, many cities are vigorously establish solar power station. Our country is the large agricultural nation, in the agricultural production, the low power consumer uesed widly, like ventilation fan in greenhouse, speed reducer of roller blind as well as low power aerator and so on, these are consumers. Especially in remote area, compare to the electric transmission in the long-distance range the loss, the system of making autonomous electricity have the practical significance specially. Therefore aimed at the above question, this article designs the low power which one kind might generate electricity independently to increase the oxygen system, might provide increases the oxygen and the aeration function for the small fish pond. Especially in the remote area where lacks the electricity or few electricity,it can provide an independent working system on photovoltaic power generation which can increase the oxygen.Provides the convenience for the mariculture operator.This paper focuses on the solar photovotaic power generation oxygen-increasing driving system. The detailed analysis and the research were paid on the system capacity and the parameter design, the DC/DC electric circuit, maximum power point tracking, contravariant electric circuit, control policy and charging and discharging protection. The detail analysis on PV generation domestic and foreign development and the tendency firstly. and elaborate the electricity generation characteristic and the major mode. The battery is decided the electricity generation efficiency is the energy use factor key point, for the maxing output energy, made the analysis and comparison to the commonly used DC/DC circuit and the maximum power point tracting, combinationg the battery’s output characteristic, designed a circuit to track the power point which combine buck-boost circuit and Perturb&observe algorithms. realized the light to bend down the electricity.Through to cell’s basic characteristic and the charging and discharging request’s research and the analysis, has designed accumulator cell’s three stage pattern charge method. The process of charing included there step which were the rapid charge rate, the constant voltage charge and floating charges. This method had guaranteed the cell adopts the most superior charge way in each stage, achieves the best effect. Then work up with the contravariant principle, the inverted main circuit’s and the control method. Based on this designed a full birdge inverter which had the PI adjustment. According to the control project designed driving circuit,sample circuit,protective circuit and contain display circuit which on the mcu of dsPIC30F2010. This system had a simple circuit and operation reliability.Finally the basis designs the good electric circuit to print the circuit wafer, realizes the hardware connection, carries on the system parameters debugging. Place in the transformer and the load carries on the overall debugging, the experimental result indicated that the system may realize accumulator cell’s charging and discharging, the maximum power control and the inversion,Finally it make the automatic aerator worked normally.
