Post-tensioned Prestressed Concrete Structure hole grouting quality is very important to keep prestressing force reliability. The bond capability, which is between slurry material and prestessed corrugated pipe, strength or weak effect the structure’s safety and reliability directly. From this point,it has Significance making study on bond capability of prestres sporous channel’s grouting material.In this paper, taking experimental investigation to twelve Specimens of grouting material of prestress porous channel,studied types of corrugate pipe,slurry material,grouting material inner defects,which are the parameters effect bond capability between sporous channel and slurry material.Making finite element analysis to PC box girder bridge as per investigation result.Studying prestressed grouting material state’s effect to behaviour of long-span PC box bridges.In this paper does the follow works under the actual enginerring:1. Introduced the background of the topic, prestressed concrete bridge development home and abroad, and study actuality of prestressed pore passage. Meanwhile, making an introduction of work study in this paper.2. Taking experimental investigation to twelve Specimens of grouting material of prestress porous channel.and obtainning nonlinear load-displacement relationship curve,analyzing the parameter of corrugate pipe types, slurry material, Internal defects of grouting,which effect the bond capability between sporous channel and slurry material..Result is that:orrugate pipe types has conspicuous effect on bond capability of prestres sporous channel grouting material.,the adhesion Strength between plastic corrugate pipe and prestres grouting material is up to one-fourth and one-third of iron corrugate pipe.Also the type of slurry material,the defects of material has no conspicuous effect on bond capability of prestres sporous channel grouting material.3. Be based upon the experimental investigation of grouting material bond behavior of prestress porous channel, making Finite Element Analysis for Xiangjiang River Extra-long Bridge on Changsha-Xiangtan expressway by MIDAS softeware.And get PC box girder bridge differences on inner force, stress and displacement during construction and operation under two kind limited binding states. 4. Be based upon the analyzed result.of finite element, making parameter analysis of cross sectional moment of inertia, cross sectional area for PC box girder bridges. Discussed the different load-carrying capability effect which prestress grouting material sate to PC box girder bridges under different parameter.
