| Recently years,with the rapid development of the high buildings and super high buildings and the extent of the production automation improving,tower cranes are being widely used in the process of modern construction and have developed toward high and big structure and intelligence continually.High and big structure means that the height,the range and the rising weight are bigger and bigger.In the circumstances,strict requirements are provided for tower cranes in security,reliability and high efficiency.The rapid development of modern computer technology,sensor technology,wireless communication technology provides the technical foundations for the development of tower crane safety protection device.To realize the goal this paper presents a sort of intelligent monitoring system of tower cranes,which is developed on the basis of sensor technology,computers,measuring technology and automation control technology.The system can ensure that cranes work more safely,more smoothly and more efficiently.On the basis of the analysis of work characteristics and safety monitoring requirements tower cranes,this paper discusses the monitoring method of hanging height,lifting weight,amplitude,rotation angle,wind speed,temperature and humidity of several parameters,as well as to how these parameters used for data processing,the form of display.the key information of hoisting weight,lift height,turning angle,lifting torque,working radius,wind speed of jobsite were collected by shaft pin sensor,incremental encoder,absolute encoder,wind speed sensor.The parameter data can be transmitted via GPRS wireless transmission ground,based remote monitoring center,the user through the client software to understand the operating status of the site of the tower crane,working environment and location information.Illegal operations raised the alarm,which greatly facilitates the monitoring of supervisory staff on the work status of the tower crane.Data was transported by ZigBee wireless network transmission technology.After analysis the framework agreement,network topology,the paper determined mesh network topology.Considering the poor working environment of tower crane,in the design of hardware circuit,photoelectric isolation technology,decoupling and filtering technology were used to improve the system’s reliability,in the course of software design,some measures,such as software watch dog,software filtering,were used to enhance the system’s anti-jamming capability.The development of crane safety monitoring system base on Sensing technology,intelligent analysis technology,communication technology and information technology,realized the distinguish,early warning and control on the safety of the structure and risk of collision.And effectively reducing the occurrence of safety accidents of tower crane,improving the working efficiency of tower crane.The system is a work status monitoring system for tower cranes based on the basis of traditional mechanical and electronic sensors and combined with current digital processing technology,the sensor technology,the filter technology.The system has a good real-time performance reliability and wide application value,it meet the development direction of miniaturization and intellectualization of crane intelligent monitoring system.The system has self-contained control function,abundant detect function,steady performance,good interface and outstanding capability/price Ratio and obtains good results in field application. |
