Research On Logistic Improvement Statege Of Shaoxing

In2008, the Zhejiang transportation conference put forward three magnificenttargets:” large port, large road net, large logistic”, which provide great opportunitiesof Shaoxing port’s logistic development.By analysis the strength and weakness,opportunities and challenges of Shaoxing port’s logistic development, this articlediscussed the significance of port logistic development of Shaoxing. After introducingthe logistic development of home and abroad, analyzing the development history andcurrent situation of Shaoxing port in-depths, this paper descript the problems ondevelopment of Shaoxing port, and predicted Shaoxing port’s future logistic demand,which is based on Shaoxing’s economical development and water transportationinfrastructure. At the same time, this paper put forward some suggestions on thechoose and location of Shaoxing port logistic base, the choose and overallarrangement of channel net and port’s infrastructure and other logistical factor, andthe foster strategy of main logistic enterprise.
