Study On The Development Strategy Of Taicang Port Based On Service Supply Chain Of Port Logistics

With the rapid development of the logistics industry and more and moreattention of the theory of supply chain management in China, we put forward higherrequest to the modern port development. The competition trend of modern port issupply chain competition as the core of the port. To implement supply chainmanagement strategy among the ports and to construct port supply chain system, isable to minimize friction and waste, coordinate the effectiveness of port resources,improve port operation efficiency, improve the service level of port, and improve thecore competitiveness of the port.Based on results of the research on the port in the domestic and internationalsupply chain management mode and evaluation, this paper reviews the related theoryon service supply chain of port logistics, after investigating related enterprises of theTaicang port, government agencies, the writer studied evaluation model of portsupply chain.First of all, the thesis introduced the port supply chain management theory andresearch status; secondly, sorting out the evaluation index of port supply chain fromrelated literature and the Delphi investigation, and using the analytic hierarchyprocess to establish the evaluation of port supply chain model with fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. Next is empirical analysis and verify thefeasibility of evaluation method. Finally, put forward the development strategy ofTaicang port logistics based on port supply chain.
