Study On Port Logistics Development Strategy Of Liaoning Port Co.,Ltd.

The current international trade situation is complex and volatile,and the increase in development uncertainties and unfavorable factors has led to a severe world trade situation,and China has established a new pattern of economic development in which domestic and international double cycles promote each other,and the development pattern of domestic and foreign trade business of the port will also change in the future.Liaoning Port Co.,Ltd.was formed by the merger of two listed companies,Dalian Port and Yingkou Port,in the context of the "supply-side structural reform" of Liaoning port integration.Hereinafter referred to as "Liaogang Company".Liaogang Company should make a scientific development strategy to meet the future development trend of port logistics.This paper firstly composes and summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of port logistics,and systematically elaborates the theory of port logistics development.Then PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are applied to analyze the internal and external environment of Liaogang Company in detail,including national policies and laws,economic development of the hinterland,technical environment of the port industry,and historical data of port cargo and container throughput,and come up with advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threat factors of Liaogang Company in developing port logistics.Through the empirical analysis of advanced port logistics development at home and abroad,we find out its inspiration for Liaogang Company to develop port logistics.By constructing a SWOT-AHP hierarchical structure model,the influencing factors are quantitatively analyzed,and the type of port logistics development strategy of Liaogang Company is determined.Using cubic exponential smoothing prediction method to make a scientific forecast of the economic development status of the main economic hinterland of Liaogang Company in the next five years,it provides a basis for the formulation of the port logistics development strategy of Liaogang Company.Finally,the results of qualitative and quantitative analyses are integrated to determine the strategy,direction and target of port logistics development of Liaogang Company and propose the implementation strategy of port logistics development of Liaogang Company.
