It possesses various advantages of making use of flight simulators for training, such assaving budgets, improving efficiency, insuring flight safety and reducing environmentalcontamination, and so on.In this dissertation, it mainly simulated the cockpit and designed chief internal system ofthe trainer aircraft for training fresh pilots. The control loading system simulated the forcefeeling to pilots’ arm when the pilots controlled the devices. Besides, the indicatinginstrument system was employed to simulate aircraft instruments and indicate the height ofaircraft, air velocity, rising and dropping speed, attitude, heading and working condition ofthe engine. Also, buffeting system was used to imitate impact and vibrating feeling when theworking condition of engine changed. The changes of location of control equipments, pilot switches and buttons brought aboutthe variation of instruments and indicator light. Because of variety of changes within theprocess, it was the key point to collect datum, control the output of signals and drive thecontrol equipments.Instrument indicating system is the window for flight condition and navigationalparameters. It offers the access for pilots to know the status of airplane. According to thefeatures of instruments, the different controls and display simulating ways were adopted inthis paper. From this viewpoint, instruments of the engine were used really instruments. Theothers were userd simulated instruments,Buffeting system is a simple platform, which is for simulating the movements, to asimulated cockpit. Though, it is different from the true system with six degree of freedom, space and areas are not restricted. That makes the pilots feel launching and landing incommercial and safe. The system was adopted CAN trunk technique which combined the scattered-and-timelycollection, concentrated management and information sharing together. Compared with thetraditional system, it had a simpler structure and a better expandability.
