The second was theright decision for aircraft fault under special circumstances and complete thecorresponding check correct single ability, namely from the past traditional, singlecontrol type to management type, this is what we are going to central topic ofresearch.In this paper, the first first chapters as introduction, starting from the researchbackground, the research significance, thus proposed to solve the problem, andsummarizes the research content, design the framework. Then, the second chapter inthe H flight academy, elaborates its flight training and inspection situation, and putsforward the existing problems, and clarify the reason and analysis. Then, the thirdchapter in the previous chapter problems, combined with the H flight academy is targeted countermeasures, mainly is the cockpit resource management in the designand application scheme of H flight academy. Including analysis, cockpit resourcemanagement application design, driving in the flight training of CRM in flightinspection application design driving feasibility principle and application of resourcemanagement module. Finally, in addition to countermeasures and suggestions in thethird chapter, the fourth chapter puts forward cockpit resource management inmeasure of H Flight College applications. Including cockpit resource managementtraining plan, flight training project process optimization, flight inspection projectprocess optimization, information communication and supervision system.In this paper, aiming at the imperfect factor of crew resource managementtheory of civil aviation safety and the implementation of the incomplete, throughinvestigation and analysis of the specific case of the safety case and accident, thecrew resource management (CRM) function and significance of theory, establishthe concrete operation model. Through training, improve the flight crew faultanalysis, utilization of resources and rational decision-making capacity, give fullplay to the positive factors of people, can change danger into safety, reduce flightaccidents, improve the level of aviation safety.
