In this paper, the transducer of phased-array Dopper Velocity Log was designed, usingthe equinalent circuit method, the working principle of the transducer was analysised, throughcontrolling the structure and production of transducer process, the small size of the transducerwas realized.First of all, equivalent circuit method is used to analyze longitudinal-vibrationtransducers. According to the mechanical and equivalent circuit figure, the transducerparameters was designed, ect, size of dollars, transmitting voltage response of transducer,directionality performance parameters, number of dollars. Through the design of thetransducer paramters, optimize the form of the transducer, and realize the small size. Finally,according to the form process and the structure of the production process, the array transducerof phased-array Doppler velocity Log was made. The biggest shape dimension of transducerwas Φ205×40mm,12kg weight around,. In the resonance frequency place, the biggest launch voltageresponse was170dB, largest recipient sensitivity was-185dB. The results show that the measuredtransducer with the theoretical results.
