Temperature measurement and control in the aerospace, marine, materials, energy andmetallurgy and other fields has an important role. The traditional method of temperaturemeasurement using thermocouple or RTD, although this method is simple and low costequipment but the difference between dynamic characteristics and ease of wear and tear andcan not be used for very high temperature or high-speed measurement of temperaturemeasurement of moving objects; When measuring temperature, the temperature sensorcontacts with the measured object, so the temperature distribution of the measured object willhave an impact. The traditional temperature methods in practical applications will be subjectto the above factors, so the study of radiation thermometry technique has become particularlyimportant. The project objective is to develop a set of thermal radiation temperaturemeasuring system to enable operation of high-speed moving objects or fast and accuratetemperature measurements.In this paper, the principle of temperature-depth study of heat radiation and then choosethe system of radiation temperature measurement. Then select the appropriate system designspecifications for the hardware device and circuit design, detail the various parts of thehardware circuit design method and the main performance parameters. Hardware circuitincluding: photodiode, preamplifier, low-pass filter circuit, amplitude amplification circuit,thermostat circuit module and the position detection circuit. Temperature calibrationexperiments by discrete voltage temperature (V-T) data, function with the index and fractionalcurve fitting the experimental data obtained voltage on temperature (V-T) curve. Fittingmodel error analysis of two kinds relations, selection index model for the system to strike afitting function and its inverse function to get the temperature on the voltage (T-V) function.The system output voltage can be brought into this function to calculate the correspondingvalue of the actual temperature when the temperature.Finally, this paper thermal radiation temperature measuring system for the variousparameters conduct a comprehensive test, including the bandwidth, measurement accuracy,and temperature sensitivity. Analysis of the noise on the parameters of the measurement system, through the preamplifier noise source model to study and propose to improve thesystem noise measures to improve the system output signal to noise ratio. From theexperimental results, the thermal radiation temperature measuring system with high responsespeed and measurement accuracy in practical applications can be fast and accuratetemperature measurements.
