In the last 20 years,IR (infrared) thermometer has been widely used in military, industrial and commercial fields because of the non-contact, rapid response, d ynamic t emperature a nd ot her advantages .With th e development o f i nfrared i maging t echnology, especially infrared focal pl an array (IRFPA) solid image detectors, the infrared temperature measurement system h as b een d eveloped, w hich can s how t he i nfrared t hermal i mage. However, t he l ow accuracy of i nfrared t emperature m easurement d irectly limits its application in a wider scope.This t hesis m ainly r eviews t he d evelopment hi story and t rends of Infrared t emperature m easurement t echnology and i nfrared i mager, summarizes and an alyzes the p rinciple of t he i nfrared t emperature measurement and t he i nfrared i maging s ystem; t he t emperature general formulas of i nfrared i mager h ave b een deduced a ccording t o analyzing radiation that is actually received by infrared thermal imager. On the basis of previous c alibration, a n i nfrared hum an-body temperature s creening s ystem based on e xternal bl ackbody is designed, by which, Infrared i maging temperature measurement will be employed effectively in health and epidemic prevention system.In the thesis, primary research consists of the following aspects: Firstly, the requirements of t he s ystem f or i mage pretreatment a nd t he works f or pretreatment part are introduced. A series of image processing methods, like Non-uniformity c orrection, median f ilter pr ocessing a nd ps eudo-color enhancement are present to deal with infrared image with too low in contract and p oor visual e ffects. T hese m ethods give a c learer i mage a nd i mprove visual ability to d istinguish im age d etails. S econdly, M ethod of external blackbody i s p roposed t hrough theoretical i nference and ex perimental demonstrations. Via Standard calibration method using double blackbody, the setting and environmental i mpact o n t emperature-measuring a nd e rror i s reduced, improving its accuracy. Thirdly, based on the research above, a set of imaging a nd te mperature-measuring s oftware s ystem w ith o bject-oriented method is developed to meet requirements of actual imaging and temperature- measuring. T his s ystem p rocesses th e f ollowing f unctions: real-time vi deo, single f rame i mage s toring, m easuring t emperature of point, highest a nd lowest t emperature o f global an d p artial area i n i mage, N on-uniformity correction, median filter processing, pseudo-color enhancement, temperature correction, alarm set and so on.
