Simulation And Analysis Of PHC Pipe Pile Used In The Foundation Pit Support

So PHC pipe pile used in the Foundation pit support is a promotion for it.This paper analyze flexural capacity of PHC pipe pile on the base of the bending test, and it can be seen it have excellent flexural capacity. The core pipe pile filling the concrete in the pile hollow section greatly increases the flexural and shear performance, that is a favorable condition for PHC pipe pile used in the Foundation pit support.With the Finite difference software of fLaC3D, modeling PHC pipe pile used in the Foundation pit support. With the mode, we can get the whole process about pit’s excavation and support, the soil’s stress displacement contours, the changes of the soil in the processing to excavation and support, the analysis on internal force and deformation to PHC pipe pile, and affect on bracing system by changing prestressed force to rock bolt.Through a project example in Wuhan area, combined with Lizheng software for deep excavation design’s global analysis to the project, comparing to the Simulation results, it can more accurately prove the feasibility of PHC pipe pile and bolt.Its superiority goes without saying, its advantages on environmental protection, construction period and cost is obviously. It can be widely used in the practical project.
