As the core of the vehicle’s transmission parts, transmission performance has adirect impact on vehicle performance.In recent years, due to the excellentperformance of the dual-clutch automatic transmission(DCT)on shifting comfortand transmission efficiency, and has the advantages of power is not interruptedshift and lower production costs,so DCT has become the focus of research in thefield of automatic transmission.This paper’s research object was a selective outputdual-clutch automatic transmission, which was independent researched by HefeiUniversity of Automotive Engineering Research Institute, the aim was to design ahydraulic control system to meet the needs of self-developed transmission shift andpower transmission.Firstly the paper introduced the working principle and structure characteristicsof the selective output DCT and analyzed each gear transmission line in detail. Theselective output DCT mainly consists of dual-clutch system, hydraulic system, shiftimplementing agencies and electronic control system, the paper gave a briefdescription of various components.Hydraulic system is an important part of the transmission, the selective outputDCT hydraulic system is made up of oil pressure regulator and flow control system,dual-clutch hydraulic control system, shift actuator hydraulic control system andlubrication and cooling systems. Introduced the basic information of each systemand analyzed the control process of the clutch and pressure regulator, described thecharacteristics of high-speed switching valve in detail. The hydraulic system wasdesigned and gave the principle diagram.Finally the paper used AMESim software to make a simulation of thehydraulic system, by simulation the pressure changes was got and verified theaccuracy of the design. At the same time purchased the various hydrauliccomponent, which were used to build hydraulic test bench by the experiment couldrealize automatic shift and power transmission, which for further research andimprovement to provide the experimental basis.
