In recent years, as a new type of vehicle automatic transmission, on the baseof Inheriting advantages of the AMT, simple structure, low cost, high transmissionefficiency advantages, DCT automatic transmission using the two clutches realizesthe power shift without interrupting the power of the shifting process, which is ofgreat help to improve the vehicle’s power, fuel economy and comfort. In addition,the DCT automatic transmission has a good production of succession; according toour national condition that we have extremely rich manual transmission productionequipment; the DCT will have broad prospects in our country.The shift schedule isone of the key technologies of the DCT control system,which has a direct impact onvehicle fuel economy, power and comfort; So the article will discuss automatictransmission shift schedule from both power and fuel economy.Firstly,The article introduces two typical dual-clutch structure of dual-clutchautomatic transmission. Wet dual-clutch automatic transmission is taken as anexample to illustrate mechanical transmission program、Control system、Workingprinciple of DCT transmission and so on.Depending on the different controlparameters, Both classification of the shift schedule and calculation Method of thetraditional shift schedule is elaborated in the article. Also according to differentoptimization goals, Best Shift Schedule、The best fuel economy shift schedule andthose calculation Methods are also introduced in this article.Thus we determine thedesign principles of the combination of shift schedule in the end.With the help ofMatlab program to calculate the shift points,we obtain the curve of the best ShiftSchedule, the best fuel economy shift schedule and combination of type-shiftinglaw.And then we model the various modules of the vehicle delivery system; UsingMatlab/Simulink and Stateflow Engine dynamic model,Transmission model,Vehicle dynamics model,Shift schedule control model,Fuel consumption modeland Vehicle simulation model are obtained.We set three shift schedule as thecontrol input to simulate respectively and enter the throttle opening degree; vehiclespeed, Gear situation and fuel consumption are obtained.So we verified thefeasibility of three shift schedule and compared their respective advantages anddisadvantages.Our Designing method of combination of type-shifting law just regards the size of the throttle opening degree as the only control condition in this article, However,In order to better meet the actual demand, According to the design goals, otherparameters can also be used to determine the design method of different shiftschedule.
