Waste glass is a kind of garbage and industrial waste.A large number of waste glass has beenproduced in recent years, which fills the city’s garbage dump. Among the waste glass, some whiteglass can be reprocessed into new glass, but most of the colored glass’s recycling process iscomplex,and the cost is particularly high, so the measure of landfill is widely used, which occupiesvaluable land and brings heavy burden to the environment. Thereby how to increase the recyclingof the colored glass in large number has become a key issue. In addition, with the constantcracking of sand and gravel resources, natural resources are depleted of concrete aggregate, andbrought serious harm to the environment. Based on the above issues, the waste glass as aggregatefor the preparation of concrete is a good way to solve the above problem.Based on bending comparison exeriment of18pull-out specimens,the coarse glass aggregateconcrete, fine glass aggregate concrete and ordinary reinforced concrete bond strength comparisonpilot study, analysis of reinforced concrete and glass bonding properties. Based on bendingcomparison exeriment of9experiments, in which ordinary aggregate concrete, glass fineaggregate concrete and coarse aggregate concrete, comparative test study from d different shearspan ratio analysis section of glass and concrete beams are inclined section of the forceperformance, failure modes and deformation characteristics, it is the bearing capacity, crackingcapacity, under normal use, such as crack width and deflection that research the cross-section andoblique section of glass concrete Beams and oblique sectionsObtained the conclusion by Analysis of test results: in the bond strength, the bond strength ofglass fine aggregate concrete and steel bond is higher than the bond strength of ordinary concreteand steel, the bond strength of coarse glass aggregate concrete and steel bond is lower than thebond strength of ordinary concrete and steel.It proposed the formula of the bond force betweenglass concrete and steel,the calculation of steel anchorage length in reinforced concrete structuresand their constitutive relations in the aspect of bond force. In the aspect of bending process,thebending process of glass concrete beam meet the assume of the beam cross-section strain;Thecracking load is equal between the concrete beams composed fine glass aggregate and normalconcrete beam,but concrete composed coarse glass aggregate lower than normal concretebeam.The yield load of concrete beam composed fine aggregate of glass is slightly high than thenormal beam,but the yield load of the beam composed coarse glass aggregate is slightly lower thannormal concrete beam.Short-term stiffness of the beam composed fine aggregate of glass ismaximum,followed by an normal beams, and the beam composed coarse glass aggregate isminimum. In the shear area,the failure morphology of shearing resistance is basically samebetween concrete composed coarse glass aggregate,the concrete beams composed fine glassaggregate and normal concrete beam; find the formula of cracks with the glass aggregate beaminclined cracking load calculated; the shear strength of beam in the oblique section is max whenthe shear span ratio is1.0, the carrying capacity of cracked in concrete beams with glass aggregatedecreases with the increases of shear span ratio,the change betwen oblique cross-section crackingcapacity and shear span ratio is not a linear relationship.The shear strength of the concrete beam composed fine waste glass aggregate is higher than of normal concrete beams, and the capacity ofshear of the concrete beam composed coarse waste glass aggregate is lower than normal beams.The shear strength with glass fine aggregate concrete is close to ordinary concrete beams, the shearstrength of concrete beams with glass coarse aggregate is lower than the ordinary beams.
