Aimed at the difficult point and feature to the detectability detecting system of telescope system, in this text, the two-meter long collimator, long-focus camera objective and zoom6000microscope were adopted combined with CCD camera objective, and the pattern of standard discernibility board is displayed on the display screens through the image acquisition system. The result is reached by observing and inputting the distinguishable group number and board number, and a digital detecting system of detectability telescope system is reached. Compared to the traditional testing system, this one has the advantages of detecting fast, accurate, digitalized, and high automaticity, eliminating the defect of visual inspection, that it can largely reduce the impact of subjective factors, has realized the inspection methods of digitization, and largely reduced the labor intensity of inspectors.First, in this text, it described the principles of measurement on the detectability of the optical system, and compared with the merits and demerits of the traditional and modern telescope systems of the detectability detecting system. Then, the test plan in this text was set up. Next, the collimator and the optical configuration of detectability detection objective were designed, and the precision was detected respectively. The components of CCD, micro objective, six-dimensional sets of motor-driven (manual operation) were selected according to the design requirement. The measurement to the detectability of detected telescope system was completed.The experimental results indicate that the working performance of this system is stable and reliable, and the detectability detecting system reaches the requirement of5%test accuracy. |
