This paper analyzes test problems for accuracy of existing in command and control accuracy test systems based on analog turntable-loop fire control dynamic simulation, proposed the method using of target simulation. Proposed the design of dynamic target simulation device for testing, selected the key components and institutions based on a detailed calculation and design, making the moving target simulator can be used not only to fire test of static target, but also for future fire tracking control performance testing.Through analyzed the limitations of existing command and control accuracy test systems, the test method based on the PSD were designed, the equipment composition of test system, test plans, test principles, the key components of the selection and testing methods are described in detail, analyzes the test accuracy. Dynamic test program to fully meet fire control with simple equipment set up convenient, fast testing and other advantages, as the alleged accuracy of the test system can be a powerful supplement.Through analyzed the limitations of road spectrum acquisition device, proposed digital reconstruction by the standard road spectrum, using virtual prototyping technology go to simulation test for artillery to obtain pose spectrum of road ways. Eliminating redundant points and Interference points optimized road spectrum. Aiming at the test requirements for fire control system reliability of analog turntable, proposed a power spectrum analysis, using the energy equivalence principle to simplify the process and improve the control ability of analog turntable.
