With the ever-accelerating the process of China’s urban digital, intelligent building, buildingautomation (BA) has made remarkable achievements in engineering practice. Central airconditioning control system is one of the most important part of building automation controlsystem, central air-conditioning energy consumption accounts for almost50%of the wholebuilding energy consumption. Central air conditioning system is a device many differentfunctions, the distribution is very broad and extremely complex systems. Its control andintegration, as well as with the host computer information network for data exchange andintegration of research, will naturally become the first choice in building automation systems.The introduction of the bus control technology in large and medium-sized central airconditioning system, and integration of the Integrated Management System (CIMS), from thepoint of view of energy conservation and indoor environmental quality, research and centralair-conditioning automatic control system of intelligent building energy management control,has very important significance.In this thesis, central air conditioning to the Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and TechnicalCollege training room as a research platform to design a set of central air-conditioning controlsystem, system break through the traditional control mode, using a direct digital control busmonitoring systems, energy-saving design ideas and innovative approaches. Including:1Atpresent several characteristics of a wide range of bus technology analysis, especially theperformance of the optional R-NET bus technology, the technical features more in-depthanalysis.②on the basis of engineering feasibility analysis to construct a building central airconditioning monitoring system based on the R-NET bus technology, including system airconditioning request system, hydraulic balancing system, the engine room control systems,metering and billing system, the end of the control system of five sub-system design anddebugging process. The③to adopt AVIEW configuration software, settings, man-machineinterface for configuration analysis and control by monitoring the interface and its controlfunctions, control functions of the upper cluster of central air conditioning system.
