With the development fo world’s science and technological process, now turbine desiginare focus on two trends. one;higher tubine inlet temperature,this can increase turbine singlestage power.The other,Higher level of turbine load, to reduce the turbine stages and togain greater economic benefits. Compared with traditional turbine,high load turbine hashigher single-stage load,higher power,witch can both satisfied the economic and work ability,it is the trend of recent years.Compared with axial turbine,Radial Inflow Stream Turbine has more simple structure andbetter economy.witch has been widespread concern in recent years,however single-stageradial turbine has weaker work ability. To overcome this shortcoming,high load turbine designmethod appeared. The radial turbine designed in this paper is under this condition.To overcome the shortcoming of weak work ability,The paper’s research is according to aexisting three stage radial turbine,focus on high load radial turbine design method.The aim isto design a single stage higher load radial turbine and both research the high load radialturbine design method.First, the paper studied high load radial turbine method include thermodynamiccalculation and releveant parameters chosen with the original study.Studied the method ofselecting the important parameters and the design features of high load singal stage turbine.Then,on the basic of dynamic design, the paper studed the modeling method of tubineblades.For the high load radial turbine usually has transonic phenomenone, this paper focusedon researching the design method of transonic guide vane.And the important parameters oftransonic guide vane’s effect to the turbine performance.Then, the paper studied the high loadradial turbine impeller design technologies.Focus on the best blade number, and differentplade number’s performance.aiming to reduce the blade number.At last, the paper studied theadvance blade shape effect of high load radial turbine...
