The energy consumption of central air-conditioning system is an important part ofbuilding energy consumption, and energy saving of central air conditioning system isparticularly important under the energy efficiency in buildings is a worldwide tendency today. At present the central air conditioning system are determined based on the maximum load, and operate at the fixed conditions for the year, but most of the time the system running atpart load, if we can find the optimum operating point in different load and control systemoptimal operation by automatic control system, this will significantly reduce the energyconsumption of the air conditioning system and provides a new way of building energyefficiency.Central air-conditioning system is a complex system and system operation optimizationmust proceed from the point of view of the system to ensure the integrity of the system energyconservation. We must not pursue a given indicator and laying emphasis on a side, ensuringthat the entire system of optimization. The mathematical model is the basis for systemoptimization, the paper firstly made a detailed theoretical analysis of the air conditioningsystem equipments, and then use the parameter identification to establish mathematical modelof the performance curve of the various components of the air conditioning system, In thispaper, mathematical models were fitted in order to study the influence of various parameterson the performance of the device, and made a detailed analysis of the results. The resultsshow that the simplified model can accurately reflect the equipment performance, and alsomeet the requirements of practical engineering applications.Secondly, according to the determinate objective function and constraint, by usingLINGO language writing system optimization of the LINGO program code, and use of apowerful LINGO nonlinear optimization solving program for the global optimizationcalculation of the air conditioning system, the convergence precision of optimization results ishigh, which provides a good method to solve nonlinear optimization problems of the HVACair conditioning. For example this paper analyzed the energy-saving potential of optimizedoperation with different load and effect of outdoor meteorological parameters on the optimumcondition, the results show that the lower the load rate, the greater the potential system energy saving. Outdoor wet-bulb temperature is an important factor of the system energyconsumption, the greater the real-time load, the greater influence of wet bulb temperature onenergy consumption. This paper also puts forward the optimum operation scheme for thecharacteristics of air conditioning system, and the corresponding technical scheme figure ispresented, which provides a theoretical basis for optimization control of system running. Finally, make use of Matlab/Simulink simulation platform to build a simulation modelof each device and system simulation model. In view of the characteristics of multi-variableair-conditioning system, this paper firstly simulates the energy consumption of cooling waterloops, and then simulates the energy consumption for the entire system. The simulationresults and the optimization results are highly consistent, which proved the accuracy of thisglobal optimization, and also provides new idea for system optimization and simulation. Inaddition, by controlling the input variables of the simulation model, the Scope will directlyreflect the dynamic changes of air conditioning energy consumption. The result provides acertain reference value for optimizing the design and operation of the system and also theanalysis of the effect weight of each variable on the system.
