The transmission is one of the important parts of the vehicle dynamictransmission system,the application of automation technology makes the shiftoperation much simpler,reduces driver’s labor intensity and improves effectivelythe vehicle’s dynamic performance and fuel economy. Dual clutch transmissiondeveloped on the basis,it inherits the characteristic of excellent shift quality ofautomatic transmission and remains the advantages of automated mechanicaltransmission,for example,compact structure,light weight and high transmissionefficiency. DCT has becoming a hot point for many automotive companies. Atpresent,most passenger cars in our country are equipped with MT,so it has anadvantage to develop DCT technology,and accords with our national condition.There will be a bright market prospect for DCT.The shift schedule is a key technology for the automatic transmission controlsystem,and it has an important influence on the exertion of the vehicle’s overallperformance. So it has a very important significance for the automobile industry ofour country to break monopolize of foreign technology, develop dual clutchtransmission with independent intellectual property right and mast the coretechnology. This paper relies on the R&D project of dual clutch transmission ofselective output,which supported by the fundamental research funds for the centraluniversities and has mainly carried on the following research work:(1)This thesis summarized the classifications,characteristics and thedevelopment states of automatic transmission, introduces working principle,advantages and development prospects of DCT,discusses the domestic and foreignpresent development states,and then,the significance and contents of this paper areproposed.(2)The structure and principle of a new type of dual clutch transmission ofselective output are analyzed,as well as the shift process is described in detail. Thecontrol system structure of DCT is introduced,including electronic control systemand hydraulic control system.(3)The features of traditional shift schedule and intelligent shift schedule areintroduced,and based on the2parameters gearshift regulation,the optimal dynamicshift schedule and optimal fuel economic shift schedule are designed. (4)Based on the automobile dynamic theory,the model of vehicle dynamictransmission system is established with dynamic system simulation software ofMATLAB/Simulink, SimDriveline&Stateflow, and carried on the simulationanalysis,confirmed the availability of this scheme.
