Ground coupled heat pump system is a technology used for utilizing therenewable energy, which has an obvious environmental and economical benefit. And it has been wide-promoted in most regions in China in recent years. Thisresearch is done against the background that designers often calculate a single pipethat is in most disadvantageous situation and ignore the actual situation of thewhole network. Consequently, it will easily cause the imbalance in waterdistribution of well group in ground coupled heat pump system and even thedecrease in heating and cooling quality of the system. This research is mainly donefrom the perspective of water system. It has a good Practicability. The research first introduces the ground coupled heat pump system. And theclosed circulating water system is chosen as the main research target and the watersupply pipe, the water return pipe, heat pump unit and water gathering anddistributing devices are analyzed as a whole. The research put forward the methodthat process the outdoor well group connection network as a network chart by usingGraph Theory Method. This research establishes the corresponding mathematicmodel by introducing branches and branch pipe, the network information of theincidence matrix and the loop matrix and adopting the continuity equation, energyequation and pressure drop equation of fluid mechanics. At the same time, itconducts the hydraulic calculation of pipe network of large-scaled well group inground coupled heat pump system by using Matlab software. It represents thestructure information of pipe network in matrix form, and the input data volume isrelatively simple and small, which is especially suitable for large-scaled complexpipe system. All these will enable the water system a good hydraulic condition andthermal condition in actual operation. Then on the basis of the above theories, the flow distribution features of theoutdoor well group connection network are analyzed and the well group flowdistribution is adjusted by changing the characteristic coefficient of the obstructionto achieve hydraulic balance. The research is trying to achieve the flow balance, solve the problem of water distribution nonuniformity and soil heat accumulationand make each shaft effect the heat taking and exothermic function by adjusting thearrangement form of pipe network, diameter and the valves. In the end, this research will finalize the optimum plan by comparative studyon Direct Return System, Reversed Return System and partial Reversed ReturnSystem based on the ground coupled heat pump system of Hongsen Internationalmansion in Chizhou city in Anhui province.
