For distributed photovoltaic power over a broad area and multistation,small investment scale,on-site equipment installation and debugging environment is complex,the operation and maintenance of the weak technical force problem,Analysis and practice have proved that the traditional substation automation information access scheme is not technically and economically suited to the needs of distributed PV power supply,At home and abroad,there is no integrated and mature solution for monitoring system of distributed PV power.This paper focuses on the problem of information collection and real-time monitoring of distributed photovoltaic power supply,Considering the technology,economy,security and feasibility,the key technologies and integrated solutions for distributed PV monitoringtechnologyare proposed,In situ Crack Distributed photovoltaic power information collection,communication channel,the master station monitoring system construction problem,realize information acquisition and real-time monitoring of distributed photovoltaic power,and is widely used in engineering practice,to solve the key problem which affects monitoring technology ofdistributed photovoltaic power grid,formed a technical scheme for replication and promotion.First,research and development to adapt to the integration of distributed photovoltaic power supply access device,Integration of measurement and protection in one device,power measurement,power quality,total control unit,protocol converter,encryption device,transmission access and other functions,The utility model has the advantages of low investment cost,small occupation space,and no separate occupation of the screen cabinet and simple operation and maintenance.Second is to study the application of remote channel solution to meet the requirements of information security and secondary system safety prevention requirements of wired and wireless hybrid communications,Overcome the coverage of 10 kV,380 volts and other different voltage levels and power stationCommunication channel organization problems;The third is to Standard construction distributed photovoltaic power plant data acquisition and supervisory control system and the formation of construction standards,Construction of a dedicated distributed PV power plant operation monitoring system master,With the power station switch position,analog quantity,state quantity and power quality,electric energy measurement monitoring and Power generation forecasting,coordination control,benefit analysis and other advanced application functions.The system is built for thefieldof monitoring technologyto supply safe and reliable and provide a Key technical support.At present,it has realized the information collection,real-time monitoring and operation management of 852 879 MW distributed photovoltaic power sources in Zhejiang,Jiaxing and other regions.
