Partnering Application In Total Life Cycle Cost Management

Partnering mode is a project management pattern，first put forward by the UnitedStates in the1980s. The purpose is to reduce the cost of projects, improve theengineering quality and shorten the construction period. After continuousdevelopment, partnering mode has rise up in many countries, and got the good effect.Partnering mode in our country is at the beginning stage, there are many scholars ofthe theoretical research, but its application research has not been popular.Total life cycle cost management is to point there is cost of management thought inthe construction of the whole life cycle in into, aims to reduce the cost of projects.Partnering mode and total life cycle cost management is consistent in threeconstruction objectives control.The author puts partnering mode and total life cycle cost management bycombining research. This article based on the study of the theory, expounded therelationship between each other, and researched the construction of the stadium inQuanzhou as an example. The combination of the two models shows that the modelcan make the project of three objectives to be balanced, and made the contractor,theowner and the project participants harmonious relationship, and reduce the generationof dispute.
