Quality Management And Control In The State-Owned Construction Enterprise Project Management

This article in view of state-owned construction enterprises under the so cialist economic system, the process of gradually established a modern e nterprise management system, especially in the project management, ma ny problems exist in the quality management and control. In residential c onstruction, for example, thoroughly discusses the process of project con struction.This paper focus on the existing problems at home and abroad among the construction engineering management and control, especial for the problems existed in the state owned enterprises. By learning and using the basic theory of engineering quality management and control under the modern enterprise system, combined with my own experience, to highlight the importance of construction period quality management and control. In accordance with the time of concrete engineering forming, the phase control system establishing and control factors which has been impacted on engineering quality, to state quality control principle, construction contents, procedure and other construction methods, institution of quality assurance system in the construction firm"s project management, combined with the real engineering project, with the application of Pareto Diagram, control diagram and other measures, so the construction project under control and get good management effects. In this paper, to explore and try how to manage and control the construction quality in the state owned enterprise as the general contractor, to provide quality management reference for our country to processing Urbanization. The experience and theory which I have been explored and obtained has been applicated in one residence community construction engineering in BEIJING, it has been proved very operability and scientific.
