Asphalt pavement is the main road form of highway in China. Because of itsparticularly outstanding road performance such as the small noise and goodflexibility, it was applied in many pavement engineering. With the increasingvolume of traffic and influence of natural factors, the degree of aging will be serious.Meanwhile, crack and potholes will be found on asphalt pavement, so the pavementmust be repaired. In the process of repairing, the large number of waste material willlead to the environment pollution, waste of resources and reduction of economic.It is necessary to analyze the mechanism of aging and research on the one-timerecycling and multiple times recycling of asphalt.Based on the mechanism of aging of asphalt, the law of the changing componentsand road performance index, the rely relationship of the components and roadperformance index can be found. Meanwhile, it provides the theory for the best timeand method of recycling. Based on the test data, the rely relationship and decay lawof the components and road performance index can be found with the method ofmathematical statistics and gray relational analysis.Under the different aging degree, the characteristic and influencing factors ofcomponent movement from the component regulatory can be found after addingdifferent recycling agent. The result showed that asphalt components wereincomplete mediated when they were recycling. There was a small amount ofchemical reaction between the components. When the same aging asphalt wasrecycling, the movement and the amount of chemical reaction was uncertain, butdecided by the type and the number of recycling agents. This research providedimportant information for the sustainable development of recycling technology aboutasphalt concrete recycling.This article proposed the changing pavement performance regularity model ofasphalt which was multiple times aging and recycling. As the multiple timesrecycling, the penetration, softening point and viscosity could return to a normallevel. Important information about long-life recycling asphalt pavement wasprovided by all of the above researches.
