With the development of China’s transportation needs of our country in the late1980s early1990s built a large number of asphalt pavement. In recent years, a large number have entered the asphalt pavement maintenance and repair phase, which will generate a lot of waste asphalt mixture. If these wastes handled properly, it will seriously affect the ecological environment. To conserve resources, protect the environment, the use of old asphalt mixture became a very interesting topic. Recycled asphalt pavement recycling technology is a strategy of sustainable development technical measures. Meanwhile, the wider use will produce incalculable social and economic benefits.First of all, for the recycling of asphalt pavement test methods for analysis, after the recovery of residual slag and trichlorethylene solution through improved measures for their impact on the extent of recycling asphalt nature reduced to improve the old asphalt mixture of asphalt and reliable performance. Studied law asphalt aging, thermal oxidative aging, UV aging on asphalt performance; obtained from bituminous composition change before and after aging, changes in the structure analysis of asphalt bitumen colloidal microscopic mechanism of aging.Second, the analysis of aged asphalt recycling mechanism and on the basis of regenerant through the old bituminous mastics, recycled regenerated catalyst to reconcile two kinds of methods were mixed with different proportions of old asphalt, different contents of the regenerated catalyst to make the recycled asphalt mixture performance testing. Through the principle of recycled asphalt recycling agent analysis, recycled or reclaimed asphalt bitumen viscosity penetration relationship with the regenerated catalyst dosage, examine the performance impact of recycling agent to determine Renewable dosage. In this paper, laboratory tests on recycled asphalt mix design, molding Marshall measured parameters to determine the best dosage of asphalt. Finally, the paper recycled asphalt pavement performance evaluation from the high temperature stability, low temperature performance, water stability, sliding stability and other aspects were studied. Tests showed that recycled asphalt mixture has good road performance. And recycled asphalt mixture on the ecological and economic analysis shows that the road is not only able to regenerate well protected environment, but also be able to save a lot of resources. Relying on Hai-nan Eastern Highway asphalt pavement overhaul engineering, studied the regenerative asphalt mixture construction process and effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction of quantitative analysis, the results show that the regenerated asphalt mixture can achieve good pavement performance.
