The early highway of China has been unable to meet the requirements of traffic load now,and disease successively occurred.They need to be repaired and rebuilt.In the construction process,if the claimed asphalt pavement is abandoned,it brings lots of problems like environmental,ecological resource problems,the use of new materials will destroy the ecological environment.The continuous double barrel combination dryer of hot asphalt central plant recycling,which has unique technical advantages,can regenerate the waste asphalt mixture,save the resouces in an effective way,and conform to the concept of energy saving,and emission reduction.A combination of theoretical analysis and research on the development of regeneration technology at home and abroad has been systematically conducted in this study.The difference between feeding batch system,heating method of the aggregation and stirring method on the effective regeneration rate of the asphalt are analyzed.The composition and properties of the old pavement RAP materials are analyzed detailed.Through the performance analysis and research of the RAP materials,with the design of recycled asphalt mixture ratio,according to the RAP by crushing,sieving the change of gradation of the revised formula of recycled asphalt mixture,and on the basis of the regeneration performance and gradation of asphalt aging whether meet the specification to determine the maximum RAP rate of mixed material.The definition of aging degree of asphalt mixture with new asphalt and asphalt recycling agent effective regeneration rate concept to quantify the hot mix plant recycling process,as the regeneration effect judgment of the aging of asphalt and is affected by the ex factory mix hot regeneration heating temperature and heating time and stirring method on asphalt aging effective regeneration rate.The results show that the more serious the aged asphalt in RAP,the larger the variation of gradation.The performance of the reclaimed asphalt pavement affects the maximum blending ratio of reclaimed asphalt pavement when the mix ratio of the recycled asphalt mixture is designed.The mixing rate of the reclaimed asphalt pavement affects the optimum amount of new asphalt and the Marshall test when the Marshall test is used to determine the optimum amount of new asphalt.In the process of semi-thermal regeneration,temperature time and stirring mode will affect the effective regeneration rate of old asphalt.
