Melamine boards are widely used in the drilling of printed circuit board as theplate accessories, with the increasingly high processing precision, accurate detectionof the melamine boards thickness online become an urgent need. Against theexploitation of the automatic online testing system what test the melamine boards’thickness. Using the principle of non-contact displacement sensor to measure thethickness, the system which detected the thickness of melamine boards based on laserdisplacement sensor was developed, which has been successfully applied in anenterprise. The specific works include:1. The working principle and the design of the overall program based on thesystem which detected the thickness of melamine boards. The working principle ofthe laser sensor is described, and then the melamine plate detection system based onthree pairs of laser displacement sensor was constructed, design the overall programof the system. According to customer demand, the technical parameters of the systemand the main function module are determined.2. The hardware design of the system which detected the thickness of melamineboards. The selection and design of the laser displacement sensor and capture cardsaccording to the system functional requirements,the system of auxiliary classifiedvoice prompt system based on the ISD4004is designed,the external control circuits,power circuits and sound amplifying circuit of the thickness measurement system isdesigned,at the same time,the hardware system is developed.The factors that produceelectromagnetic interference is analyzed and debug, the corresponding anti-jammingmethods and the measures in hardware processing is proposed.3. The software design of the system which detected the thickness of melamineboards. The software framework, the main function modules and software processesbased on the system which detected the thickness of melamine boards is designed. Theauxiliary classified voice prompt system is designed base on C language and themonitoring system is designed base on Delphi language, the various functionalmodules of the software program of the monitoring system is developed in details, anddatabase of the monitoring system is designed.4. The testing experiments of the system which detected the thickness ofmelamine boards.The actual running experiments was tested in an enterprise with the system that detected the thickness of melamine boards which has been researched anddeveloped,the testing include static performance test and the dynamic performancetest. Analyze and process the measuring error in the field test; after the hardware andsoftware of the thickness measurement system has been optimized, re-tested the fieldtest and gave the analysis.
