At present, monolayer steel structure workshop is still the main of the factorybuilding in our country industrial zone. Therefore, the research of the monolayer steelstructure plant seismic performance is still necessary. The earthquake damagephenomenon of single steel structure plant appears generally, crane position is a factorthat influences earthquake damage of workshop. But related research is not much. So,this paper researches the seismic response of the single steel structure plant in thefield of crane position.This paper takes a three spans monolayer steel structure plant with higher levelwork crane as the research object, calculate the dynamic properties of the plane frameby the design software PKPM and finite element analysis software SAP2000, andcompare the calculation results. Discuss the influence of the whole plant structuredynamic characteristics, Internal workshop column of internal force of the feet andthe tops of the displacement under earthquake, and the influence of internal force thatcrane longitudinal force to the monolayer steel structure plant under geologicalprocess when the crane in different locations. This article obtained the conclusions asfollows through calculate and analysis:As the local quality of workshop, the influence of its local mass uncertainty tothe whole structure vibration characteristics is very small. But the position of thecrane decorated cause the transverse vibration easily, so it can not be ignored that theinfluence of local quality to framework; the displacement of the span that the crane in,the feet shear force and bending moment of the framework all achieve maximumwhen an earthquake active along the workshop lateral direction. When an earthquakeactive along the workshop longitudinal direction, the frame mainly produceslongitudinal displacement, and the discrepancy of each frame displacement is verysmall, each bending moment of the direction is also smaller than that in horizontalseismic action. When the earthquake actives along the workshop lateral direction, themaximum lateral displacement value, the maximum shear value and the biggest footcolumn feet bending moment value of the crane in different locations is not the same;The influence that crane longitudinal force to the biggest column feet internal force ofmonolayer steel structure plant which the crane on weight of the smaller ones is notbig whether the earthquake active along the horizontal or vertical.This article studies the influence that the crane position to the monolayer steelstructure plant self-vibration characteristics, internal force and transformation under the earthquake. Hope to provide the reference for engineering design and theoreticalanalysis to provide the reference for engineering design and theoretical analysis.
