Because our country parking space and the lack of city parking anddisorderly parking phenomenon more and more serious, not only caused the trafficchaos, and destroy the city loop, the influence on the city image. So three-dimensionalgarage as improving urban parking effective way and has a broad developmentprospects.Mechanical Three-dimensional garage is involved in the mechanical design,automatic control technology, and computer technology, modern advanced technologyof intelligence, systematic, optic-mechanical integration of logistics storage andtransportation system. This paper describes the three-dimensional garage technology athome and abroad and present condition of the system, all kinds of three-dimensionalgarage on the basis of the specific characteristics, developed a small capacity three-dimensional garage, which is easy to promotion, a fast, convenient and developingdifficulty small, low cost of economy is better, etc don’t flip chain plate three-dimensional garage, it is the structure of the floors will take two of the drive shaftrunning in two stagger respectively the range guide rail, not achieve flip operation.Mechanical Three-dimensional garage by mechanical system and the automaticcontrol system of two parts, the mechanical system is mainly including liftingmechanism, a transmission mechanism, support roller institutions, the floors of structurein four most. This paperstudies the three-dimensional garage can satisfy the mechanical three-dimensionalgarage function requirement, for further study after it lays foundation, has the certainsocial significance.
