Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve maintenance efficiency and work safety,standardize the operation process,ensure the quality of motor overhaul,and reduce the number of personnel and workload,this paper puts forward the structural design and research requirements of the motor turning table.First of all,this paper summarizes the current research and practical application status of flipping equipment at home and abroad,and puts forward the design scheme of locomotive motor turning table based on domestic and foreign research.Secondly,using the technical theories such as dynamics,structural mechanics,control circuit design,mechanical design principle and computer simulation technology,the design and research scheme of the motor turning platform is formulated.Through the novel design ideas,this paper establishes a special motor flipping method.A new method.Thirdly,according to the actual functional requirements in the special motor maintenance process,the key parts and key mechanisms of the motor turning table model are analyzed and determined.The simulation analysis is carried out by the finite element software ANSYS,and an effective experiment is carried out.From the test results,the motor The flipping prototype has no failure phenomenon,and the performance is relatively stable.The prototype structure is designed according to the requirements of special motors.The material and process selection of key components is reasonable,the mechanical part is relatively stable,and the bearing configuration is better.The control and protection device is perfect.The test results further verify the scientific and rational design,and finally make the prototype manufacture meet the project design requirements.Finally,the design and research of the motor turning table can effectively reduce the safety hazards generated during the turning process,reduce the retention time of the locomotive traction motor maintenance library,and effectively improve the maintenance quality of the locomotive traction motor,thus improving the locomotive operation safety guarantee capability.Complete the test transport mission to lay the foundation.This paper focuses on the various components of the motor turning table model,analyzes and evaluates its overall stability and reliability,and determines the optimal structural model.According to the structural parameters of the traction motor of the locomotive,the structure of the turning mechanism of the motor turning table is studied,and the three-dimensional mechanism diagram is designed according to the functional requirements.The structural index of the turning mechanism is determined through analysis and calculation;and how to adjust the parameters such as the shifting mechanism,the prime mover and the control protection device.Reasonable matching,a lot of analytical calculation work.And use the effective software to simulate and analyze the motor flip table model to determine the rationality of the model parameters.At the same time,this paper uses international famous finite element software to analyze the structural strength,analyzes the key stress parts and key mechanisms of the motor turning table model,and analyzes the structural strength to verify whether the design of the key parts is scientific and reasonable,and carries out a large number of related Data analysis and finishing work.However,the research in this paper also has certain deficiencies.In the future research,the backup travel switch can be added to make the limit control part of the circuit control device redundant.Summarizing the research results of the full text,the motor flipping method and the design and research ideas of the motor turning table provide a reliable theoretical basis for the mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and reversal work of related industries.The data is pushed to the analysis of related experiments for the further research.Good foundation,and the prototype structure design proposed in this paper is reasonable,research and analysis analysis science,has good practical significance,significant benefits,and is worthy of popularization and application in practice.
