Prefabricated steel structure building has the characteristics of saving manpower and material resources,energy saving,environmental protection and construction efficiency.However,there are still some defects in the prefabricated floor used with steel structure buildings,such as the mismatch of construction efficiency between the prefabricated floor and steel structure,and more wet work.These defects restrict the extensive popularization of prefabricated steel structure buildings in China.Therefore,on the basis of the investigation of the present assembled floor slab,this paper puts forward a new type of assembled floor slab-assembled staggered seam and interlocking floor slab.The floor can be standardized design and mechanized production,and has the advantage of dry operation as the main operation form.Two kinds of floor forms are proposed for the assembled staggered joints and interlocking slabs,and the rationality of the finite element simulation method is verified by numerical simulation of the example.The finite element simulation method is used to preliminarily determine the mechanical properties of the two kinds of floor forms.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the finite element simulation results,one of the floor forms is eliminated,and the main research object is determined to be the gridded prefabricated staggered joints and buckled floor.On the basis of the preliminary finite element simulation,the assembly staggered joints and interlocking floor is designed and the loading and measuring scheme of the test is determined.Type of prefabricated emperical clasped floor and CFRP strengthening joints fabricated emperical clasped type floor to test and understand its bearing capacity,crack propagation in the process of loading,deflection change experimental phenomenon,and the test results with the same specifications of the site casting and superimposed slab are analyzed in comparison,thus able to comprehensive evaluation,the mechanical properties of this kind of floor,It provides a reference for the application of this kind of floor slab in actual engineering structure.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the prefabricated staggered joints and interlocking slabs is 94% of that of the same kind of cast-in-place slabs,which is close to that of the same kind of cast-in-place slabs.The ultimate bearing capacity of prefabricated staggered slabs with CFRP reinforced slabs is 34% higher than that of prefabricated staggered slabs with CFRP reinforced slabs.However,the failure form of this kind of slabs is brittle failure,which shows that FRP is broken by tension.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the whole loading process of the specimen,and the simulation and test results were compared and analyzed,and it was found that the simulation results were in good agreement with the test results.On this basis,based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to change fabricated emperical clasped type floor on parametric analysis of the key parameters of in order to consider the influence of different parameters on the floor flexural performance,and according to the results of test and parametric analysis was presented,which facilitate fabricated emperical buckle type floor construction and improve its own performance improvement Suggestions.
