In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway technology, high-speed train pantograph structure and flow stability becomes increasingly important. In theenvironment of the high-speed operation, the high-speed train pantograph from a catenaryaccess to electricity in order to ensure stable and reliable operation of high-speed trains.Good flow of quality is one of the key technologies of high-speed electrified railway. Asthe train speeds increase, and by the role of the pantograph with the surrounding airbecomes very drama column, the aerodynamic performance of a significant changeoccurs, the overall structure of the pantograph, the plate setting demanding. High-speedbi-directional single-arm pantograph, for example, to improve the quality of pantographcurrent collection angle starting high-speed train pantograph different operating directionof flow-solid coupling simulation analysis, and design of the deflector install theappropriate balance point of view on the running direction of the support reaction force,mainly to complete the following:First, Solidworks software to establish two-way high-speed pantograph running three-dimensional solid model and finite element model, based on fluid mechanics theory, theestablishment of high-speed train pantograph aerodynamic models, as well as in a tunnelaerodynamic pantograph learning model.Secondly, the use of finite element analysis the software AnsysWorkbench, theoverall strength of the pantograph, the lateral stiffness, lever arm and lower arm naturalfrequencies, mode shapes calculated and analyzed to provide reference conditions forfluid-structure interaction dollars.Again, the use of the Fluent software to simulate the flow field around the pantographin the open-wire plane, tunnel running direction, and affected by the cross-wind flow fieldaround the analysis, and calculate the surface pressure pantograph suffered, velocityvector changes.Finally, with AnsysWorkbench software and Fluent software, the establishment ofthe pantograph fluid-solid interaction simulation platform, fluid-structure interactionsimulation of the pantograph, find the force of pantograph different operating under thedirection of the deformation, effects, design and install the deflector to overcome therising force in the running direction of the pantograph. The calculations in this article andanalysis of fluid-structure interaction analysis pantograph for high-speed rail, spoilerdesign and aerodynamic performance optimization has a certain reference value.
