With the rapid development of economic in current society, the quality of human lifehas been continuously improved. However, because of the large number of non-renewableenergy consumption, the temperature has been rising year by year, and the environmentproblems are much more serious than before. Consequently, it has great significance toincrease the use of renewable energy and develop energy-saving technologies, such assolar energy which is a green and inexhaustible energy supply, thus, the study of solarenergy should be sped up.This thesis clarifies the need for building integrated photovoltaic. Firstly, the basicprinciple and advantages of building-integrated-photovoltaic were introduced as well asapplication cases of the technology in this thesis. Secondly, a building–integrated-photovoltaic system and its basic design principles were created based on the conceptionof integrated architecture after the analysis and discussion of building–integrated-photovoltaic’s influencing factors and construction process. Finally, three technologies ofbuilding-integrated-photovoltaic were discussed in detail. Finally, building-integrated-photovoltaic technology was applied in Wuhan international expo center. This thesis makes a systematic summary of the building-integrated-photovoltaictechnologies, and samples the investigation of building-integrated-photovoltaictechnologies from theoretical basis to the application level. But the economic analysis ofbuilding-integrated-photovoltaic has not been mentioned in this thesis, andbuilding-integrated-photovoltaic should be further discussed and studied in this economicdomain.
