The development and utilization of solar energy has become the focus in the study of human attention and,solar photovoltaic curtain wall has offer green electricity,relieve urban peak,effective use of building facade space,reduce energy consumption of buildings and other advantages,the photovoltaic curtain wall as an important research direction in the solar photovoltaic building integrated,effective use of the facades of the building space,for tall and super-tall,research is of great significance.It has important application value and prospect for high-rise buildings with dense population and large demand for electricity.Based on the design of pv curtain wall,a kind of photovoltaic panel is proposed in this paper.Considering the target power of pv module and the requirement of indoor lighting,a reasonable arrangement scheme of pv module is obtained.Through load calculation,A,B,C,D four areas of different building height standard wind load and earthquake action,and in the case of considering the earthquake action,for the most unfavorable load effect combination,the photovoltaic modules are related testing requirements of the applicable scope;Think in terms of structural calculation,with reference to the load,seismic code,and curtain wall and other related specifications for photovoltaic curtain wall design,it is concluded that the section size of photovoltaic modules frame and the thickness of the double glass photovoltaic curtain wall size;Finally,the thermal analysis of the designed double glass pv module shows that the energy saving effect is about 50%higher than that of the ordinary glass curtain wall.Through the method of structural calculation,the size of the pv curtain wall component is reasonably obtained,which plays a guiding role in the development of the pv curtain wall component.Considering the solar battery material temperature and the efficiency of work,in order to make the photovoltaic curtain wall has higher power generation efficiency,this paper,taking turpan control of photovoltaic power generation project building as the research object,the photovoltaic curtain wall ventilation thermal environment analysis,using the numerical simulation analysis method,different sizes of geometric model,it is concluded that different geometric model of temperature field and air velocity vector field,and compared with experimental data and analysis;Through the analysis of ventilation air flow,and then draw a photovoltaic curtain wall height,width,light transmittance,and the influence on the ventilation heat environment law,further to the central building structure optimization design scheme is put forward.In order to analyze the application effect of pv curtain wall in terms of annual electricity generation,energy saving and emission reduction,this paper takes the photovoltaic system in the central control building of turpan photovoltaic power generation project as an example.In the whole life cycle of pv curtain wall,the comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic system such as power generation,building energy saving effect and environmental protection are considerable.Therefore,the combination of pv system and building facade has great application value and promotion prospect for high-rise and super high-rise buildings.
