It includes:①make a feasibility analysis from theproject’s development、national relevantly planning and industrial policy and market’saccess standard conformance;②analysis from the aspect of construction land、landdemolition and the migration settlements;③The project construction project’s feasibilityanalysis;④make a feasibility analysis from the aspect of resource development、energysaving plan and environmental and ecological impaction;⑤Economic and socialimpaction analysis. At the end of the thesis, it forecasts the risks of developing a shoppingcenter and puts forward the coping strategies. This fully reflects the importance andnecessity of feasibility study.
