In order to ease the energy shortage problem in today’s society, solve the wind and solar power generation system for the instability. In this paper, we consider the use of air flow caused by vehicles to convert wind energy into electrical energy, compensating for the natural wind insufficient. A new wind and solar power generation systems stable energy wind and solar power generating system is established.Based on certain idealized assumptions, according to the functional principle and the car aerodynamic theory, a quantitative relationship between speed and vehicle wind speed distribution is obtained, i.e. u=u0(x/x*)1/7. Through experiment design, purchase of laboratory equipment, actual data from the actual velocity experiments, and the use of analysis software SPSS, data regression analysis is carried out, verification and calibration of the model parameters is taken. Finally, the correction model is obtained, i.e. u=0.028u00.961(0.53x)1/5.376.According to the basic principles of wind turbines, the simplified model, grid drawing, and simulation of fluid dynamics through computational software FLUENT, the field wind speed distribution data to simplify the vehicle model is obtained. And then through the programming and spreadsheet, under different sizes and different mounting height of the wind turbines, the power generation capacity of each car is calculated. Daily generating capacity is calculated using the data of average traffic flow on national highway. The placement of height and dimensions of the fan blades is optimized according to required load electricity, the results are showed as follows:the lower edge of the fan blade height h1=0.2m, the upper edge of height h2=0.9m, the fan blades wide is0.4m, and height is△h=0.7m, daily supply of wind energy Ev=5999.85J.Based on traditional wind and solar power generation system, this study designs the energy stability of wind and solar power generation system, and introduces the technical areas and technical background. This system includes natural wind power fan, vehicles wind power wind turbine, dye-sensitized solar cells, controller, energy storage power supply unit and the inverter. In this paper, the working principle, functions, and connection type of the various connection components are described. From the standpoint of energy supply and demand balance, this study establishesthe energy stability model of wind and solar power generation system. The feasibilityanalysis of this system is described. Through a numerical example in the Capital AirportExpressway, the calculated results show: considering the vehicle wind case, the CapitalAirport Expressway lighting energy can rely on the energy stability of wind and solarpower generation system. Therefore, the system applied for road lighting in theory isentirely feasible.
