This paper choose the level fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate, and introducethe level fuzzy evaluation method, at last, give the application example, verified the feasibility of theevaluation method.At the same time, this paper put forward countermeasure proposal in view of the existing weak pointof expressway low carbon transport operation and management in our country, respectively: travelerinformation service system, charging system without parking, preventive maintenance, management ofexpressway emergency rescue; and analysis each countermeasure, including the basic content, developmentsituation in China and the influence analysis of Expressway low carbon transport operation management.
