China’s expressway investment and construction is constantly advancing,and in the construction of expressways,a new financing model that has attracted the welcome of all walks of life has gradually emerged.The emergence of this financing model has greatly broadened the entire financing channels and provided help for the shortage of funds in the construction of expressways,so the state has issued a series of policies to support the construction of BOT expressway projects.The introduction of bo T mode for project financing in highway projects is only the beginning of highway projects,and the operation of highway projects is the key.Therefore,how to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and risk loss in the process of project operation is a problem that the entire industry is also a very concerned issue for government departments.Based on this,it is of certain significance to select the risk management of the bo T mode JH expressway project operation period as a research topic.The thesis first expounds the background and significance of the research,the ideas and methods of the research,and expounds the theories related to project risk management and BOT projects.Second,the risks during the operation period of the BOT model JH expressway project are identified.The risks during the operation period of the JH Expressway project involve 17 risk factors in five categories: political and legal risks,economic risks,technical risks,social risks,and management risks.Then,the risk evaluation index system is established by using the analytic hierarchy method,and the risk during the operation period of the JH Expressway project is evaluated by combining the analytic hierarchy method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk factors are sorted and the risk level is determined.According to the risk evaluation results,the ideas and principles of risk resolution of the entire project are clarified,the key risk factors are identified,and specific solutions are formulated for different risks,so as to effectively manage the risks.Finally,the paper is summarized,the shortcomings of the existing research are found,and the future research planning is prospected.This is conducive to the project company’s risk management of JH Expressway during the operation period,and provides certain risk management experience for the current BOT project risk management in different industries.
