Research On Comprehensive Management Evaluation Of A1 Project Of Nan'an To Anxi In Quansan Expressway

With the rapid development of the national economy,the construction mileage of expressways has gradually expanded,and the management of expressway projects is also facing many problems.The evaluation of project management level can improve the construction quality,acceptance quality and performance rationality of the project,and ultimately realize the value of the project.Strengthening the evaluation of project management level can smoothly achieve the overall goal of the project,and at the same time complete the overall strategic objectives of the project enterprise.The smooth realization of the project value and objectives is inseparable from the evaluation of project management level,so the evaluation of project management level is the top priority of the project.There are mainly poor communications in the evaluation of project management level,such as the project network construction is not perfect;the incentive is insufficient;the human resource management is weak;the management system is not perfect;the risk of security control is large.Problems in project management can lead to poor project implementation,and scientific management concepts and management level evaluation systems can effectively deal with these problems.Due to the differences in management and problems between projects,this study selected the Quansan Expressway Nan'an-Anxi A1 project as an example for analysis.This paper relies on the "Quansan Expressway Nan'an to Anxi A1 Project",by investigating the current status of project management and analyzing the problems in the current situation management,the project index system is selected and the index system is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation of project management level can enhance the competitiveness of the project,improve the construction,performance and acceptance quality of the project,thereby improving the project management level and enhancing the comprehensive level of highway project management.Therefore,this study provides a good foundation for the evaluation of the future level of highway project management.
