Evaluation Methods And Applied Research On The Level Of Development Of Urban Public Transport

With the rapid development of the economy and society,the living standard of the population is rising,more and more families are buying private cars,and the number of motor vehicles is increasing.Traffic congestion is becoming a normal part of life as the process of urbanization continues to accelerate and cities become larger and larger.The travel structure tends to be more complex,and the volume of travel has increased significantly.Urban traffic problems have emerged incessantly,and the contradiction between residents’ travel demand and supply has become increasingly prominent.Throughout the history of the development of major cities all over the world,the development of public transportation can effectively alleviate traffic congestion,imbalance between supply and demand and other problems.In recent years,under the background of the national vigorously promote the development of public transportation,the city public transportation has been developed rapidly,the public transportation in each city of Anhui province.The development has steadily progressed and satisfactory results have been achieved.However,the overall development of urban public transport in Anhui Province still has problems such as inadequate bus capacity,low service quality,low level of service,and the lack of a comprehensive and efficient public transport system.The development of public transportation is facing huge challenges,such as unreasonable network planning.To solve the problems encountered in the development of urban public transportation,it is first necessary to understand objectively where the development of public transportation is in each city in Anhui Province.This paper is based on the research of experts and scholars from home and abroad,and constructs an index system to evaluate the level of urban public transportation development in Anhui Province.Based on the research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this paper builds an index system for evaluating the development level of urban public transportation in Anhui Province.The comprehensive application of evaluation methods to scientifically and rationally evaluate the development level of urban public transportation in sixteen prefecturelevel cities in Anhui Province,and propose Development Strategies.(1)Discuss the relevant theories and methods in the field of public transport evaluation,and analyze the models such as hierarchical analysis,entropy weighting,and multilevel fuzzy mathematical evaluation.Conduct an introduction.(2)Combine the basic data of public transportation in Anhui province with the research and collated data on the development status and The problems are described.(3)Based on the principles and methods for selecting evaluation indicators,select alternative evaluation indicators and apply the random forestry method to obtain the final evaluation.A total of five indicators have been established for the operation and service,infrastructure construction and investment,vehicle ownership,bus network and intelligent construction.16 indicators including the evaluation index system.(4)The example of urban public transport in Hefei is selected for calculation and analysis,and the constructed evaluation model is used to calculate the urban public transport system of Hefei.The development level of public transportation is calculated and analyzed.Finally,the results of the evaluation of the development level of public transportation in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province were calculated and analyzed,and countermeasures for development were proposed.
