With China’s large-scale highway construction, the total highway mileage has been a rapid growth in recent years, but also the many shabby. How to complete the works under the premise of guaranteeing quality is the most important task.The paving machinery is very important in the construction equipment, and paving operations have a direct impact to the road surface flatness, and density. This article is mainly for the process of paving operations research to achieve the purpose is to guarantee the quality of the paving operations.First, the article describes the composition and working principle of the paver hydraulic drive system of research and analysis, clear paver speed control mode.Followed by details of the paving process, and affect the quality of the paving job factors were analyzed using the gray theory to study the flatness of the transfer law to determine the pass-through of factors.Finally, the operating speed and temperature control of the paver, and design a part-PIC Micro Controller embedded controller to achieve the implementation of the paver speed and temperature monitoring and feedback control. Control feedback channel simulation software AMSIM, simulation, to verify the feasibility of feedback.
