The asphalt surface layer is usually constructed in parallel mode.The paving asphalt pavement is prone to defects such as poor integrity,high engineering cost and early damage;wide paving construction has good road integrity,no parallel joints.With the advantages of low construction cost,wide paving technology are the mainstream of future paving technology development.At present,there are few studies on the power of wide-width paving screw feeders and the power of wide-width pavers,which affects the application and development of this technology in pavement construction.In this paper,the wide-width paver is studied,and the structure of the screw feeder,the conveying power of the screw feeder,and the power of the wide paver are studied.In order to determine the power of the screw feeder,the spiral blade arrangement is studied.The material micro-element on the spiral blade is taken as the research object,and the relationship between the spiral blade position and the material level coefficient and the flow coefficient are established by kinematics analysis.Correlation with the material level coefficient;with the flow coefficient of the spiral blade not less than 70% as the constraint condition,the arrangement method of the spiral pitch blade with equal pitch is given;the material level model and the blade arrangement method of the screw feeder are carried out under field test verification.Taking the micro-segment of the mixture plug in the screw feeder as the research object,the torque calculation model of the plug micro-segment was established by force analysis.Combined with the mixture material level model in the screw feeder,the calculating the model of spiral torque was established.;under the normal working conditions of the paver,the relationship between the working parameters of the paver and the power consumption of the spiral blade was established;when the paving of different widths was paved,the power of the screw feeder was tested and established.The auger torque model was simplified and the torque model and power model parameters were determined.Based on the relationship between the slip rate of the tracked vehicle and the tangential traction force and the shear stress-strain model of the rubber block,the relationship between the slip rate of the paver and the tangent traction force,the attached gravity and the ground friction coefficient was obtained by analogy analysis.The relationship between the cyclical variation of the material of the paver and the slip rate of the paver was studied.Based on the assumption that the material volume of the hopper and the paving time are the cosine relationship,the relationships between the slip rate of the paver,the tangent traction force,the host mass and the ground friction coefficient are obtained.Under the condition that the wide paver works normally,the host quality of the wide paver is determined.The power consumption of the wide paver is divided into five parts: paver travel system power,paver screw conveyor system power,paver scraper delivery system power,paver vibrating and ironing system power,other hydraulic auxiliary system power;Power of the widespreading screw feeder is calculated by the power calculation model of the screw feeder;The walking power of the paver is determined on the basis of quality of the wide-paver host;Calculate the power of other parts of the paver and complete the research on the power of the paver.Field experiments show that the research results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and power selection of wide-width paver screw feeders,and also provide a theoretical basis for the power selection of wide-width paver systems.
