| Rock salt highway subgrade construction is a special construction method. The naturalsalt rock foundation can be leveled roller or filled salt rock as roadbed. By building a trialroad at contract7of Hami-Lopnur highway construction project in LopNur area, someessential data are collected and the design documents are modified accordingly. Importantproposals are given in terms of subgrade filling materials and quality check standard. Therock salt highway subgrade also be observed after construction. The results verify the stabilityof rock salt roadbed. Thus, a simplified, reliable and favorable method on rock salt roadbed isobtained, which can ensure the engineering quality. Main items are listed as following:1. By LopNur rock salt highway subgrade as demonstration project, the basicrequirements and specific technical indicators including rock salt material, the constructionprocess of the original ground and formed roadbed are analyzed repeatedly. Then themaintenance method of Saturated brine was forward. The quality Technology inspection wasalso be listed in the paper.2. The common quality fault that is water erosion of rock salt highway subgrade isresearched. The prevention and control method of every common quality fault is forwardedrespectively. And found with Sprinkling brine curing on extending service life of rock saltroadbed has a very big role, on improvement of subgrade strength and smoothness have verygood results.3. The" rock salt brine" roadbed engineering special quota are studied, mainly for therock salt roadbed engineering quota sub-item division, quota and cost level are calculated, andthe Xinjiang Lop Nor area rock salt roadbed budget quota is established. |
