With urban development, urban construction and gradually to the development ofhigh-level, underground three-dimensional, complex form of this construction are used,high-rise commercial and residential complexes as their primary form of the city’s boundariesare increasingly blurred, the role of city functions. Convenience of traffic space as urban andarchitectural connection carrier, connection, content rich, comfortable scale, is the basis of theoverall design of the traffic space. Urban transport systems and the construction ofthree-dimensional organic combination, form a whole organism, and urban space in order toachieve better development. Systematic study of high-rise commercial and residentialcomplex transportation system, most of them stay in the synthesis of single building designlevel, the central role of the overall transportation system has not yet experience in the designoften all problem, causing traffic inconvenience and waste of land resources. In this paper, types, characteristics, organization, domestic and international status ofresearch on high-rise commercial and residential traffic space, combined with the theory tohave the discussion and examples of analysis of its mode of organization, constitute theelements of the design practices in-depth summary of the derived design method based onhigh-rise commercial and residential complex transportation system. The traffic space must bedesigned to clear the characteristics of the traffic flow line of the function space, combinedwith the impact of traffic volume and traffic structure of a variety of factors to determine theflow of informants, the car,the flow of logistics, space-time distribution to this combined withthe appropriate traffic space, transport facilities, combined with the complex internalfunctions of space to make unified planning and design, while focusing on building theinternal quality of the environment and spatial form, to achieve a rational organization ofcomplex transportation system.
