The Structural System Exploration Of Commercial And Residential High-rise Building

High rise residential and commercial building has a wide range of application andconstruction for advantages of combining different functional spaces into one building.In practice, due to the convenience in using, the structural form of this kind ofcomplex building is usually designed into the following form: the lower part of thebuilding is designed into large space, the upper part is small space relatively. On thestructure side, the standard layer of the relatively smaller space can be made of shearwall structure; while the lower part, in order to obtain large space, to reduce thestiffness between upper and lower part, and to improve the performance of structure,which is arranged both frame column and shear wall. This type of structure not onlybrings certain difficulty in calculation, but the force and seismic performance also hascertain insufficiency.In theory, the reasonable structure form should be arranged relatively smallerspace with big stiffness in lower part, while in the upper part, the space can beappropriately increased and stiffness decreased gradually. Therefore, in thisdissertation, in order to utilize this kind of relatively reasonable structure, has beendesigned a concrete structure building in which lower is for the living space, whileupper for office space, and as to the structure system, the lower part adopts shear-wallstructure, the upper part adopts frame and shear-wall structure.This dissertation is mainly from the following three parts to analysis thefeasibility and applicability of this kind of architectural form.The first part is analyzed from the relation between virtuality and reality in art.When a new fresh thing comes, people tend to explore its hidden spiritual connotationfrom the humanistic perspective. Building as a product of civilization, which not onlyhas the properties of science and technology, also has the properties of humanities andarts, so it’s obvious to analysis this new kind of building from the aspects ofhumanities and arts at the beginning. In the field of arts and humanities, virtual-reality is an important pair of categories. Firstly, this paper discusses the relationshipbetween being and not being from cultural thought and scientific theories, and findsthat the “virtual” decides the “real”, and applies the relationship to this type buildingform that this paper discussed, and demonstrates the inevitability of existence of thearchitectural form as a real form through the three aspects that implicit in “virtual” ofbuilding, namely Chinese traditional culture, aesthetic psychology and the relationwith the surrounding environment.The second part analyzes it from the building traffic flow line organization.Based on the kind comprehensive building of lower living、upper office, the paperdesigns two different forms of layout, mainly through the analysis of their contactwith the external traffic and the base parking space, proves the feasibility of the twokinds of base layout of the building with the external transport system. Analyzes thecharacteristics of inner traffic flow, and the evacuation characteristic in emergencycontrast with lower large space residential-office building, concludes that the lowerliving-upper office high-rise building has its unique advantages; Finally, through theanalysis of the two kinds of architecture scheme of lower residential upper office, thiskind of form of the building is feasible in the traffic flow and safety evacuation.The third part is the analysis of the load-bearing performances of the structureform. In this section, the paper sets up two kinds of structure models of upper-officeand lower-living high-rise building, one form is frame shear-wall structure, the otheris a form of lower shear-wall, upper frame and shear-wall structure. With the help ofEtabs, a structure analysis software, through the analysis and comparison of internalforce and deformation properties of these two kinds of structure under wind andearthquake, as well as comparison of the utilization of building interior space underdifferent structure arrangement, gets the conclusion that the latter structure form ismore suitable for the upper office and lower living high-rise comprehensive buildingform.
